Bastide Le Petit Clos

The bastide lives up to its name. She has an undeniable charm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and the rooms are comfortable. The hosts are very welcoming and did everything to make our stay pleasant. I warmly recommend this address.

I had a very pleasant stay with my family at the Bastide du Petit Clos. We slept well in peace, in cozy beds and the cottages are well equipped. The place is pleasant, comfortable and located not far from the beaches and Perpignan. The hosts are available and discreet. Address to remember!!

Well located in a quiet area. A large house divided in two. A first on one level with 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom 1 toilet 1 kitchen. A second house on 3 levels with 1 kitchen on the ground floor and on each floor 1 bathroom, toilet and 2 bedrooms. This villa is really cracking and it is absolutely impossible to sleep because the parquet floor makes so much noise. The villa is poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. Shower door full of limestone broken shower head no soap provided the handles are unscrewed on the furniture. No TV in the villas, air conditioners and remote controls are dirty. The bedding is very good as are the towels. You are asked to remove the sheets before departure, for the price we don't care. We are forbidden to park in the huge private court, a joke. The last villa is a sublime rehabilitated barn. Although it is beautiful it smells of humidity and it is absolutely unbearable because it takes so much of the lungs. The garden is generally poorly maintained. 2 out of 3 villas had very significant leaks in the showers and kitchen. Using a bucket to catch leaking water. A disappointment.
