Is a good Hotel, free parking, not too much people, nice staff kind people, and a good gym. but the mattress was not comfortable and also the bathroom was not nice, small and they gived us too less shampoo . I personally would not go there again but not the worst i have been.

Price, quality ratio was not right. Toilet seat that was too small, doors were not clean and behind the cabinets dirt such as banana peels, coffee machine was not cleaned during stay, full of cups. Also by entering the room, there were a lot of waterspots in the water reservoir. All in all I compared this with a hotels in the heart of The Hague where we normally stay for a few weeks, for the same price a night, this is sad. Much too expensive for what it is. Fortunately we were only here for a very short time!! Rates are based on the hygiene of the room. Bye the way, I think it would be a great idea to tell the guests to be quite in the middle of the night and that it is not allowd to scream in the hall way!!

Unhygienic restaurant, long wait for over cooked food that was expensive. Dirty cutlery on the table, floor covered in hair and food debris, coffee machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and evening meal was absolutely DIRE. Room was poorly lit. TV and bed were good as were the curtains for keeping out the light.
