Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh

A trip for a week is worth being in this hotel. Nice n cozy rooms. The staff is friendly and very cooperative. They are honest and aware. Restaurant, roof top , gym , pool area are very good.

This hotel is located at a very good location. Nearby by walking distance a lot of cafe, restaurants, and attraction places. The river view is great, my room unit was blocked by a tall building, still able to see partially river view. The breakfast was great for me, variety of food choices. Friendly receptionists and the housekeeping Mr Chaû, he was so friendly asking me when could he clean the room. So nice person!

I had an amazing stay at Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh and would absolutely give it a full 5 stars! The service was exceptional from start to finish. A special shoutout to Helen and Alan at the reception—both were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to unwind, with beautiful city views and a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and with a great mix of local and international dishes. The hotel’s central location made it super convenient to explore the city, with many major attractions, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. Overall, Bay Hotel combines great service, comfort, and location into one memorable experience. Highly recommended!
