What fantastic service we received from baycourt lakefront Motel. We had to unfortunately cancel our plans at short notice because our 90 year old mother fell, breaking her hip. The team at Baycourt Motel did not hesitate in refunding our payment and showed kindness and compassion by doing so. We will definitely rebook with them when we can. Online photos and reviews show this is a Motel worth staying at and we look forward to doing so in the near future.
Very tidy and clean, with welcoming and friendly staff that go above and beyond. I got caught out in the summer snow/rain on a motorbike, and I desperately needed a place on short notice to get warm and dry. The spa bath was greatly needed, and the owner kindly let me have the room earlier than the initial arrival time. My room was very spacious and was much bigger than expected. Nice, central location, close to the lake, pub/restaurant next door, coffee carts, and eateries. I will definitely look to stay again when I am in Taupo
We stayed here for 1 night and we really enjoyed the self contained apartment, Lovely location opposite the lake and close to the restaurants. We were upgraded to the executive spa suite which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this Motel.
