I visited BBQ HUB Ella, and it was an amazing experience. The location is perfect, offering a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained, with top-notch facilities in the rooms that ensure maximum comfort. The staff and management were incredibly friendly and professional, making the visit even more enjoyable. I also had breakfast at the hotel, and the food quality, service, and overall experience were outstanding. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and served with great hospitality. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality experience!

Lovely place to stay in Ella. Very quiet and a bit further out of the main strip. Rooms were clean and a good size. Host was very helpful and friendly. Very nice breakfast with lots of tasty food!

The location of the hotel in downtown Ella, which made it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast was very good with a decent variety. However, the room was smaller than expected, with no mirrors and very dim lighting. There was no reading light or additional lighting in the bathroom, which made it quite uncomfortable. We stayed for two nights and unfortunately had issues with very low water pressure in the shower. We reported it, but the issue was ignored and not resolved during our stay. Overall, while the hotel has a great location and courteous staff, the room conditions and lack of response to maintenance requests were disappointing.
