We stayed here 1 night, Excellent location by the bridge and clear view of the Matterhorn Mountain. Very kind and loving family runs this hotel. 8 minute walk from the Train station, surrounded by many shops and restaurants.
Next to the hotel is the viewpoint to the Matterhorn. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They will give you chocolate. The room is very big and have the balcony. The bathroom is not sealed so some water may come out. The breakfast is very nice. There is the shuttle to the Zermatt station, just ask the staff for it. We used it when checkout.
Such a clean, well kept lovely hotel in a great location in Zermatt. The hotel staff was so kind and actually did a wonderful favor for me with a smile. Would highly recommend staying here!!
