Our experience at the Bedford Swan Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. Amie, our wedding co-ordinator, was absolutely fantastic—from our initial viewing of the venue right through to the big day. She was always helpful, responsive via phone and email, and consistently polite and attentive. On the wedding day, Stuart and his team were incredibly well-organized, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and perfectly cooked. We also enjoyed a spa session the day before the wedding, and the facilities were excellent—a perfect way to relax ahead of the celebration. Our room was stunning, with a very comfortable bed, adding to the overall luxury of the experience. The entire process was stress-free, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our special day. Enjoyed a one night stay in a Monday at the Bedford Swan Thermal Spa Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is situated by the river, offering some nice views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was comfy, clean and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Everything I needed was provided, including good quality toiletries and tea-making facilities, an iron, hairdryer. The team tray had subs visits and a good amount of tea and coffee. The safe was a great size, but unfortunately didn't work. I didn't get round to reporting it. Two laptops and a handbag fitted in easily. I booked into the spa. The thermal pool was a real treat, perfect for unwinding after a long day. There were steam rooms, saunas and another run there. Lots of different jets in the pool. The spa area was clean, calming and well maintained, with a friendly team on hand to help. There were plenty of loungers and drinks service on hand. The showers had a drench bucket and were quite high tech with different settings.
