Great location. You can hear the sound of the waves while you sleep. Spacious room, very clean and odor-free with AC, minibar, bidet and bathtub. Breakfast included with lots of options. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that I couldn't get a WIFI signal inside the room.
Perfect beachfront location, close to restaurants. The hotel is simple and a bit dated, but very clean and great value for money. Lovely terrace with a sea view for breakfast. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful.
If I ever visit Terceira again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. The room was extremely clean and still smelled of cleaning products, and the sheets were pristine white. The view on the beach and harbor is the best you can get and you get to hear the waves rolling. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. If I may make a suggestion, I found the pillows way too high and hard. Since you provide two per bed, it would be great to switch one to a softer and lower one so that your guests have a choice. But that’s just a small thing.
