What an amazing place. Beautiful staff, very attentive and helpful. The beach area is amazing. Beautiful views with a large calm shallow area. Water park is great to have on site for children and young at heart. Quality food, 24 hour service
It was disgusting. The hotel rooms were OK but not very special. The floor was dusty and dirty. The toilet room was awful. Most dirty toilet room I have seen. There was no hot water, you were just lucky if there was any water to take a shower with. The staff is nice,but do not do their job as they should.the food was OK, but the vegetables were old and when I told them they spoiled. They say yes but we do not have enough room in the fridge. So they gave us and the other habitats spoiled. I would not recommend this place. My family and I wanted to stay for 5 days. But we left after one night. It's not worth the money and your time
The worst experience ever Ac was not working in my room No hot water The pools were very dirty They didn't have ice for beverages Salads were rotten and can be noticed by smell Very rude staff. Reptiles all over the place. Dirty rooms. Dirty towels. The aqua was not working for the consecutive days. The beach is not valid for swimming as it had rocks everywhere.
