I loved my experience with the spa. I did the hair treatment, sauna and spa, and massage. Everything was perfect and the staff was very friendly
It was all good till the last minute. They changed my charger while my phone was on charge.they gave me nonfunctional charger.I was asking for like hours to get back my charger unfortunately no one was willing to help. So please when you go there look out for your property carefully.
I booked a room for stay at the Bellevue hotele and this is what I got on the bed and floor. Prior to that I was changed the first room because of the shower not working properly. I took a picture of this and went down to the reception to show the issue to them immediately they called some one took my phone saw the pictures and deleted it from my phone with out my knowledge. I recovered the pictures from recently deleted and sharing them here. I went out from the hotel without no refund with in 20 minutes of booking! It’s a shameful service and experience I really don’t know what to say. I wish I had seen the hotel reviews before booking.
