Bellevue Terminus Urban Lifestyle Hotel

I honestly didn’t expect much, but Bellevue-Terminus was a nice surprise. The building has an old grand look from the outside, but the inside is sleek and modern. Staff were really switched on - no need to explain anything twice. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. You feel it’s well-managed. Parking is easy, location is perfect (right in the heart of Engelberg), and breakfast was served in a very pleasant room. Good food, good flow, no stress. What was missing? A bit of atmosphere. The room was fine, but not memorable. I didn’t feel that “someone really thought this through for me” vibe. No magic, just functionality. The view wasn’t great from my room either - hopefully others are better. Still, a solid experience and a good place to stay. I’d return - just maybe ask for a room with more view and more charm.

Had the privilege of staying in last week of May with our group Smiles Per Miles from India. Great hotel in pristine Alpine setting.Rooms were comfortable.Breakfast was scarecely satisfactory,which was only the downside.Nice people. Added advantage; just 10 mts.walk to Mt.Titlis. Thanks to the management.

Location was the only positive factor in this hotel...just outside station...apart from that not at all recommended 4 star category??? not even 2 star No kettle , cups, tea/coffee in room...nothing not even basic amenities like telephone to call reception.....not even water......when I went down and asked they said ya we do not have phones in room otherwise ppl will disturb us...even for small thing we have to go down n ask... I asked for cups and spoons so that we can have food and coffee ( brought from coop) but they denied...then I went coop and purchased disposals... Very rude staff...no smile always angry...as if I was staying for free...full money wasted They should learn hospitality from Indians...even 1 star hotel will also provide water and basic amenities to guests and welcome with smile.... NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED
