It was a nice room but on booking.com it was rated as 4 star which it definitely wasn’t.
Hotel is horrible. Rooms are not cleaned properly. When we arrived glasses were dirty. They did not clean after previous guests. The smell from the bathroom is awful. Bed clothes and bedding is in horrible state. The quality of bedsheets are bad. Administration is not in its place. For this price better to rent an apartment. Despite location being good, it is loud. Don’t recommend coming here at all
Room was fine… but service was zero. To start with there is lack of staff… there was not phone in the room as well…so every time we needed something.. we had to go out, look for the staff and then ask tor it..I dont know if it’s a European hotel thing but there was no coffee tea or basic amenities like kettle or water.. when I asked the staff for water.. she asked me to drink TAP WATER!!! Like seriously???? We had to go out to the department store and buy water. Location is good as it’s in the middle of the town… but if you don’t like noisy place then avoid this hotel. Also the cherry on cake… filthy smell in the roo. We saw the rating and then booked the hotel.. I don’t know how this hotel is a 4 star.
