The hotel is very nice. Spacious common areas, clean and modern. The services are well provided by professional and friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and cover all type of needs and expectations. The service in the restaurant is diverse and for breakfast the offer a variety of options of hots and colds. The location could be a little distant from main places but most of the hotel are in the surroundings.
I had a wonderful stay at Belsaty Venezia. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty and varied – a great way to start the day. At the reception, Marian was extremely helpful and kind. He took the time to explain how to get to Venice, showed us the route, and told us exactly where to catch the bus. During breakfast, Ionela was incredibly friendly and respectful. She kindly helped us with our coffee and made us feel very welcome with her warm attitude. Overall, I highly recommend this place – great service, lovely staff, and everything you need for a pleasant stay near Venice!
This is my second time staying at Belstay Hotel in Venice, and I’m afraid it will also be my last. 🔹 Poor location The hotel is located right on a roundabout, inside a petrol station area, with nothing worth visiting within walking distance. It feels more like a motorway stop than a hotel suitable for Venice tourists. 🔹 Run-down appearance From the outside, the building looks quite tired and uninspiring. The inside is a bit better, but still far from impressive. 🔹 Serious cleanliness issues What really ruined both of my stays was the state of the bathroom. On both visits, I found hair on the floor and in the bathtub—not just a stray hair, but quite a few. It was clear the tub hadn’t been properly cleaned, possibly not even rinsed. That’s simply unacceptable. 🔹 Weak air conditioning The air conditioning throughout the hotel is very weak, including in the rooms. In warmer months, it makes the stay uncomfortable, especially overnight. 🔹 No soundproofing The walls are very thin. I could clearly hear conversations and movement from the next room, which is far from relaxing. 🔹 Terrible internet and mobile signal The Wi-Fi is extremely slow—so much so that it’s nearly impossible to watch even a short video or browse properly. To make matters worse, mobile reception is poor in the area, so you can’t even rely on your own data. It feels very isolating, especially if you need to stay connected for work or communication. In conclusion, while the hotel might serve as a quick stopover for drivers, the combination of hygiene problems, noise, weak A/C, and poor connectivity makes it a very frustrating experience. I won’t be coming back.
