Great hotel for families! Quiet hotel with air conditioning and larger rooms. We enjoyed the central location, 5-10 minute walk to town and 10-15 minute walk to the Grindelwald Terminal. The staff was extremely helpful with local activities, restaurants and recommendations. The room was clean, efficiently planned, and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast, views, pool/sauna and game room.
I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The service throughout my stay was excellent — professional, quick, and always with a smile. I’d like to especially thank Roxanne and Mirka who were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Their attention to detail and warm attitude made my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!
12/10 period 🥰 Grindelwald is always a favorite place for us to visit, but staying here helps make the trip even more special. Very professional & nice staffs. Outdoor spa & the pool is very relaxing. Food is good. But highlight (for me at least) is def the room view - amazing 🔆, perfect for staycation. The gift at checkout is also such a sweet gesture. Every other details are also well done.
