welcoming staff The room was clean with a view on the pool and mountains it was a good stay for only one day, however there are many things to fix and improve -there is no room with one queen bed, they only have two beds that you can put them next to each other. -It’s difficult to lock the door -There is no hot water in the shower, we were lucky the weather was hot. - they are using an old tv For a 45$ i think you guys should do a lot of improvements
I recently stayed at Hotel Ouzoud Beni Mellal and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The view from the hotel was stunning, with beautiful scenery surrounding the property. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room itself. The pictures on the website did not accurately represent the actual room. The room was quite old and in need of a deep clean. The towels and sheets also seemed worn out and not as fresh as I would have expected. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ouzoud Beni Mellal. The service and view were definitely the highlights of my experience. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway, just be aware that the rooms may not match the pictures on the website.
Rooms are awfull, dirty and old. Everything is missing in the room they didn't check the room after guests leaved. Towels were missing, no hair dryer (empty place and cable on the wall) AC was not working we have freezed all night long.
