From the first moment we felt comfortable. Travelled for our honeymoon and they left a welcome champagne in the room. Gave us the big room too! Beautiful location. Stylish design. The staff were fantastic and helped with every question or request. Clean rooms with robes, slippers and towels for the wellness area. Great breakfast and restaurant for dinner.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stylish design, warm hospitality, and relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere. The rooms were modern, super comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the Alps. The food was a real highlight — fresh, creative, and absolutely delicious, with plenty of local flavors. I make a booking in October 2023. I realized we had to change our travel plans and canceled our booking within the month of October 2023. I thought they were an honest merchant and assumed they had refunded the over 1200€ deposit I had paid back to credit card. It wasn’t until April this year, 2024, while preparing my taxes that I realized they never refunded my deposit!! I emailed and called multiple times, speaking to Maria, who kept saying she would look into it. I never got any reply emails or calls back. I had to continuously call over several weeks. Finally, on 30 May, I received my deposit back, MINUS €200 for “processing fees”!! What a joke! Had I not realized they didn’t refund me, they would have just kept my deposit. So DISHONEST!!!
