IAB Apartment is a serviced apartment that offers great experience to guests. The rooms are well-furnished and maintained. The WiFi is fast and reliable. Apart from the fact that electricity is superb in Maitama, a back-up generator is in stand-by. There's a living room on the ground floor for anyone who feels like stepping away from their room (watched several football games along with other guests and it felt really good). Above all, my 3-week stay was an all-round decent experience; felt like home away from home.

Spent some months here. A number of positives including the good security, very clean environment (inside and out) friendly staff and convenient location with quite a lot at your door step. Main let downs are that there really isn't much standardisation of services (kitchen opens at random times and prices are quite fluid), staff can be economical with the truth and the communication channels from staff to guest is mostly lacking (e.g. for moments of prolonged lack of electricity or for ongoing noise from renovations within the property). Good for short stays as regularly dealing with issues can make longer stays tedious and isolating.

A very terrible experience. Their staff and unfriendly and rude. If I could give negative stars, I would. I booked a room in advance, got there, only for them to tell me that my room isn't available and I should have called in advance to confirm my booking. Unprofessional, rude, and a waste of my time. 0/5 would not recommend.
