I cannot rate this highly enough. Whatever I give the hotel, I must give the reception team an extra 2 stars. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and just a delight. They went out of their way to help us. Even when we arrived 8 hours early they helped us and nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable, breakfast varied and filling, the location was prefect. But the reception staff made it Thank you
