The hotel itself is cozy and perfectly located. The room we stayed in was quite spacious and clean. However, we felt there was a lack of clear communication from both the front office and the restaurant team. Our stay included dinner and breakfast. We checked in at 5:00 PM, and by 5:15 PM I went to the restaurant to reserve a table—only to find out that it closes at 6:00 PM. This left us rushing to make it in time for dinner. Once seated, the main course was served immediately and was very basic. We weren’t asked if we’d like anything to drink, nor were we greeted with a simple “bon appétit” or any other kind of guest acknowledgment. It felt very impersonal—quite strange. On the other hand, breakfast was the opposite: there was a good variety of food, and the service was much better. Our room rate also included access to the SPA area, but we didn’t use it. The facility was so small that we couldn’t fit in together with another couple who had booked the same time slot. Additionally, we had to ask at reception for bathrobes and slippers, even though they were supposed to be included according to our confirmation. We left with the impression that guests who book special offers aren’t treated as valued customers. But if that’s the case, why offer these packages at all?

The worst hotel I have ever been to. Called the day before and asked about breakfast, they said everything was included. When we arrived at the hotel one said it was with breakfast and another said it was without. The room was the worst of all, the air conditioning was difficult to turn on and some were very noisy. The room was an ok size if you could use the space. At night we couldn't sleep because of the noise, the slamming of the doors, church bells rang for almost 2 hours, a lot of noise from the street. Absolutely not recommended to anyone.
