Best Western Heritage

I recently stayed at the Best Western Heritage in Cox’s Bazar in their Deluxe Sea View Room. The room was impressively spacious with a large, clean washroom that featured both a bathtub and a separate rain shower definitely a plus for comfort and relaxation. The service throughout my stay was good, and the reception area gives off a very luxurious, welcoming vibe from the moment you arrive. However, I felt the breakfast could have been better. It was okay overall, but given the standard of the hotel, I expected a bit more variety and taste. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great views and excellent room facilities. I would recommend it, especially for those who want a spacious room and good service near the beach.

Stayed at Room 5004 for two nights, which was road side view with balcony. Nice and tidy room except not workable exhaust fan in washroom and the air condition was not so efficient. Other than that complimentary buffet breakfast was tasty and good choice of menue. Swimming pool was also very nice and clean.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel in Cox’s Bazar. They claim to be a 5 star hotel where I think it’s a 3 star hotel. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in. The bed sheets were full of hair, clearly not cleaned or changed properly. It was absolutely disgusting and made it hard to feel comfortable. On top of that, the floor had a strong smokey smell, like someone had been chain-smoking in the room for days, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The overall hygiene and cleanliness of the place were far below basic standards. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or clean stay. Definitely not worth the money. Just have a look at the pictures I have shared, dirty sink and shower ceiling. No Thank you not again gonna be deceived by those fake google reviews. The only thing was good about this hotel was the breakfast.
