Best Western Hotel Piemontese

It’s a nice hotel, a few minutes aways from the train station, perfectly located if you need to travel by train. Regarding breakfast, the option range is not very large, the same things every morning, but overall good and very good coffee. Very nice and helpful staff. It’s at approx 30 min walk from Citta Alta, the historical center.

It's suitable for a night for the convenience of location. For a 4 star hotel, ridiculous how they charge €30 for a crib. Not worth it. Don't promote being baby/kid friendly if you're going to charge for a subpar crib to just be placed in the room. Surprised to see paper cups instead of mugs at a 4 star hotel...and the decor is a very tired orange. Not a deal breaker but for the price you pay, it's a bit surprising to see these overlooked details. The staff during our stay were helpful, this review doesn't reflect their customer service.

Great location near station, but that's about it. This is an older hotel and need of renovation. Our stay was disappointing due to multiple issues. The room clearly used to be a smoking room — the stench was unbearable and made it hard to breathe. The windows were outdated and provided no sound insulation, so we were kept awake by constant street noise. On top of that, the room was hot and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. I am sorry for write this but honestly, we couldn’t wait to leave. We barely slept, felt exhausted, and left the hotel with our clothes reeking of smoke. Service was quite okay.
