Outstanding service! Night Manager Mr. Moosa went above and beyond—super helpful in recommending local restaurants, cozy coffee spots, and even arranging an excellent city tour and more. The rooms were spotless and impressively spacious. The on-site restaurant really brings the vibe alive with live bands twice a week. And the water pressure in the showers? Absolutely perfect—so refreshing.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a meeting hosted by the Ministry of Tourism at Best Western Hotel, and the experience was truly excellent. The conference hall was well-organized, comfortable, and perfect for our session. Lunch was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and well presented. What stood out most was the helpful and attentive service. I wish I remembered the name of the thin, smiley waiter who served us; he was incredibly kind and professional throughout. Good overall stay with professional, responsive service—they moved us to a non-carpeted room on request and promptly brought a plug-in heater. A few notes for travelers: the first room felt dated/dim, hallways are narrow, music carried until ~10 pm on Saturday, breakfast isn’t included, and there’s a 10 am door check that felt a bit intrusive. With brighter rooms and a softer night routine, this would be an easy 5-star.
