Had a 10/10 experience here. The location was perfect for the business I came in for. The staff were courteous, kind and helpful. The hotel is safe and secure. I enjoyed chilling by the pool side and making use of the gym the next morning. The food was so good as well. The overall service was really great and I highly recommend to anyone visiting Yenegoa or looking for the perfect staycation location.
I have got the excellent IT service from Manager Mr. Rawlins to enjoy the full network coverage from my room, thus helps a lot to coordinate Business Meeting.
This is a new hotel in a region that doesn't have a lot of options. Overall the hotel is great, the rooms are a nice size and has everything you need. The only area that needs some attention is in the restaurant and kitchen, where the waitrons and staff could use more training to be faster and get orders correct.
