Best Western Plus Fursan Hotel

Its a New Hotel and one of the best in Abha. Location is perfect for this hotel as it is in between Abha and Khamis. Rooms are great, very big , clean and perfectly designs. Breakfast has almost everything and i must say better then all other hotels. Gym , steam and spa are there including swimming pool. Pool water is cold which is okay but pool is small and it was dirty. Except the pool all things are excellent in the hotel. Receptionist are helpfull.

Great rooms and hotel in general, however weird thing the lobby smells terrible. Also the breakfast isn’t that diverse.

The hotel is decent. Rooms are comfortable but its lacks warmth and even the basic hospitality. I went to the reception asking for a medicine or ointment for my neck which was paining and there was a response that I can go the pharmacy and get it. In no way was I offered any help or support even in this critical condition. In next 10 seconds the staff at the reception started to talk amongst themselves and ignored me and my condition. This hospitality sector is known to go above and beyond to help the guests but this simple gesture was missing here. God forbid if anything serious happens to anyone staying here, I am not sure how the hostel will assist you. I am disappointed and disheartened to see this cold behavior of this hotel's staff.
