07/05/25. Rainy weekend staycation. Taking a 2 night break after a very stressful week. GOOD: 1. Modern hotel with well appointed rooms with hi tech light, AC and TV control. 2. Big and comfortable King sized beds with plush beddings. Really good for just staying indoors during rainy days. 3. Breakfast was buffet with enough line up for everybody. They have abundant breakfast staff for quick service. Servers were personable and engages guests. Good job. 4. Pool was small but functional. Although we couldn't swim since it was raining the whole time. 5. Gym was huge with lots of machines and free weights ensuring a full body workout. COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. Despite the modern room control, no Smart TVs... what a contradiction. Please upgrade to Netflix ready TVs to reflect the hotel's "PLUS" branding. Your nearby smaller siblings Best Western SureStay Plus and Best Western SureStay Studio have Netflix ready TVs! I wanted to give 5 stars but got pulled down to only ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the old TVs. 2. We were celebrating a special occasion and indicated it in the booking. It would have been a memorable stay if the Front Of House staff extended a greeting during check-in. We nevertheless had a good stay. But will try out other accommodation next time we are in Angeles with so many hotels in the area.
This hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, placing you within easy reach of numerous restaurants, banks, recreational sports, and spas. The staff, particularly those in the 4th-floor restaurant, are truly exceptional – friendly, attentive, and consistently accommodating. Their service alone is a major highlight. However, a few factors prevent me from giving a full five-star rating. Firstly, the window in our room was unfortunately covered in cobwebs, significantly detracting from the view and overall cleanliness. Secondly, the noise level from younger guests at 4 am was disruptive and made sleeping difficult. Finally, while the location is excellent, I felt the room price was a bit steep considering the room's size. Despite these drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel. The prime location and outstanding staff are significant positives.
Quality mid-range hotel with some issues. Limited Off-street parking protected by a guard. Newer hotel with attractive room. Sexy frosted glass encloses the bathroom. TV moderate sized. Hotel has wifi and use charger ports. Safe, small refrigerator Restaurant and breakfast available. No room deposit! My issues: If you are walking from Fields, Red street you are coming through a notorious area. Best to use a trike at night. Watch out for the unexpected steps just past the lobby, and in front of the elevator. Designer should be punished. Atrium style building means it will be loud when crowded. Bathroom has no high towel rack. Because of the glass enclosing the bathroom, there is no light switch. There is a motion detector switch, that also causes the light to come on while you are in bed. No walk-in discount. An annoying Philippine hotel habit. Best rates available by online booking. Walk in at 10pm, expect to pay full rate. Pool looked clean but expect no privacy.
