Best Western Plus St. John's Airport Hotel and Suites

We had a great experience during our stay, thanks to the incredible staff and the overall quality of the hotel. The Director of Operations, Will, went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable - he was genuine, professional, and truly cared about guest satisfaction. The housekeeping and front desk team were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything spotless, and the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the hotel were top-notch! It’s clear that a lot of care and pride go into maintaining the property. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfort, and attention to detail!

Very impressed with this Hotel. The location is very close to the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were so heavenly comfortable. We had a pet friendly room for our little Girl Rosie and she slept all night. We ordered room service for breakfast rather than leaving Rosie in the room alone to eat in the Hotel restaurant, the meal was amazing, thank you Hailey your Newfoundland hospitality was breath taking. Great location with shuttle service to SJ airport. Restaurant on site which has really good food. It's open for breakfast too and there is also a cafe for a quick but ( muffins, breakfast sandwich, coffee, etc). Clean comfortable rooms. Pool on site too. Will stay here again.
