The rooms were so spacious and clean, the service was superb, the location is amazing especially if you're flying to or from İstanbul airport. Reception staff was so accommodating and understating with check out times and leaving our luggages aside and staying longer in the rooms as we're travelling with kids. Putting the actual rooms and food aside, I would visit again strictly based off the service the staff provide. I've been here twice already, but it definitely won't be my last
Thank you for everything. The lobby was perfect. The restaurant was also great. It is a hotel with a really good design. We would like to thank the chef and the waiters for the food in the restaurant. The lemonade given to the guests as a gift in the lobby was a very nice idea for the hot days. My friends and I liked this hotel very much.
