Best Western Premier Hotel Roosevelt

We stayed here for 3 nights starting 31 May. From reception to room to the bar, everyone could not have been more nice, pleasant, or helpful. We had a Jr. Suite that was a corner room with a lovely view and very centrally located to walk most anywhere. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely Disappointing – Poor Service & Unpleasant Stay The only positive thing about this place is its great central location—unfortunately, that’s where the good points end. The service was practically nonexistent. Reception was almost always empty, making it impossible to get assistance when needed. The room itself was subpar, but the worst part was the disgusting smell that filled the air every time we turned on the AC. It was unbearable and made the stay uncomfortable from the start. For the price, we expected at least basic cleanliness and functional service. Instead, we got neglect and frustration. “Would not recommend” unless major improvements are made.

The room smelled of mold. The walls were really thin and the sounds carried well. The window looked out onto the backyard garbage dump. The advertising pictures did not match reality.
