Bieno Venüs Hotel & Spa

We stayed at this hotel in July 2024. Upon arrival, we were checked in quickly, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, on the first night, loud music was playing right outside our window and the air conditioning wasn’t working. The next morning, we requested a different room and, for an additional fee, were moved to one with a balcony located above the restaurant. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful garden and two swimming pools. One of the pools has water slides and is suitable for children, which is a nice bonus for families. The food is tasty, although the selection tends to repeat after a few days. Drinks available throughout the day from the dispensers are overly sweet and have an artificial taste. As is common in Turkey, the fridge only contained small plastic cups with very little water — in the summer heat, you might need several just to stay hydrated. Wi-Fi is only available for free in the reception area, where it can get crowded and the connection is occasionally unstable. Paid Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. Since we were on a family vacation, I didn’t mind walking to the lobby for 10 minutes of internet access from time to time. The beach is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The sea has a steep entry, which may not be suitable for small children or less confident swimmers. Evening entertainment was underwhelming. The program was mostly in Russian, and most guests were Russian-speaking. If you're not interested in this kind of entertainment, you may prefer taking a walk or exploring the surrounding area.

First of all, ill start with the negative. Although my stay overall was lovely, The main issue my family had was the rooms. Our shower and our balcony door was broken. Aswell as this, you only recieve one room key which becomes very annoying when someone wants to stay in the room or sharing with multiple people. However, overall, our stay was excillent. Great atmosphere, not a big entertainment team but enough to keep us occupied for the week, all staff were polite and reasonable, the location is very ideal within a walk to the beach aswell as local markets and many restaurants. The pool areas are also quite nice and if you believe there is a lack of slides, there is a water park right next to to it! Overall, great stay

The hotel overall is nice — there’s really nothing to complain about in terms of service, cleanliness, or amenities. However, the evening entertainment seems tailored specifically for Russian guests. Not everyone wants to listen to singing in the language of the aggressors. I'm not from Ukraine — I'm from Poland — but I stand with Ukrainians. Glory to Ukraine! Слава Україні!
