What a fantastic place! We just got back from a week long stay here. We had the best time! On arrival our room was great well equipment and everything was clean, tidy and in great condition. Being able to get a Cole’s delivery taken to our room for arrival was amazing. It took so much pressure off with kids needing snacks as soon as we got there. The reception called to check in on us the day after arrival which was a great bit of service even though there was nothing to report. The facilities was fabulous our kids 3 and 6 had such fun on the water slides, mini golf, animal park, sports equipment hire and the go karts. The heated pool was a plus for us adults that can feel the cold unlike the kids 😂. The kids did a couple of the kids club activities which were great little additions too. Onsite food trucks daily and a little shop at the reception for the essentials was super handy. Booking tours with the park was easy and there was discount codes to use too which was amazing. Overall we had an amazing time and would recommend staying here to anyone.

We recently stayed at the BIG4 Airlie Beach and overall had a great experience. The park itself is very family friendly with lots to do for kids of all ages. The animal farm was an absolute hit with our children they wanted to go back every day. The amenities were always clean and tidy, and the grounds were some of the cleanest we’ve seen at any park. Groundskeepers were constantly working and always greeted us with a smile, which was a nice touch. Caravan sites were large and easy to access, giving us plenty of room to set up comfortably. A couple of downsides we noticed – there were quite a lot of underage kids roaming the park unsupervised, which seemed frustrating for the staff trying to manage safety. Also, the pool wasn’t heated, which was a bit disappointing considering we visited during winter. That said, we’d definitely stay here again. It’s a great park, well looked after, and offers plenty for families to enjoy.

We stayed 5 nights in a cabin and absolutely loved it. There were activities planned for the kids most days. The pool and waterpark was clean and well maintained. It’s conveniently located and walkable to eateries, shops and Woolies. I must note the hospitality was fantastic. My child was unwell and needed new bedding. I called in the morning and they picked up and provided clean bedding immediately and came back with more. The staff were just so courteous and caring.
