Small and charming hotel with very kind, helpful, and friendly staff. However, food orders take quite a while, as the kitchen is quite slow. The breakfast buffet was not enough or varied enough. Despite informing them that we were a couple, they gave us a room with two single beds, which was disappointing. When we brought this up, they said there were no other rooms available. Overall, though, it was a good experience.

While the hotel itself is pleasant, I believe there is a major issue that needs urgent attention. I recently booked a spa service, expecting a relaxing experience with music therapy. Unfortunately, instead of tranquility, all I could hear was loud guests screaming and playing in the jacuzzi nearby. It’s disappointing to pay for a service meant for relaxation and instead be disturbed by excessive noise. I strongly urge the hotel to reconsider how it organizes spa locations to ensure a truly peaceful atmosphere. Guests seeking a therapeutic experience should not have to compete with loud distractions. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future visitors

I had initially stayed at this hotel multiple times because I loved the breakfast. After recommending to multiple friends and family, on my recent stay, I encountered a lack of support for wanting to change a reservation I had made for my parents coming to the country for the first time. I made efforts through hotels.com and the hotel to change the reservation and when I came the closest to resolution, the hotel would not acknowledge the change. They expressed that working with experien/hotels.com has proven difficult for them, and yet they still continue to work/advertise through that platform. I will not be staying here again nor recommending it to friends and family.
