We stayed here for 3 nights in January. The hotel is very clean and well-kept, everything is up to date. The front desk staff is fantastic as is everyone else working there. The direct access to the beach is perfect and the beach lounge chairs they have are very comfortable. Having access to free beach chairs is pretty important on the island as you can pay up to €50 for chairs each day depending where you are. The location in January was problematic for the sun as the hotel is angled to where it blocks the sun where the beach chairs are but you can just move them. My only complaint is that the walk into the town of Grand Case involved walking on the narrow main road which can be a little sketchy as there is little to no sidewalks. If the hotel was closer to the main part of town it would be absolutely perfect.
The Bleu Emeraude is a MAGICAL, breathtaking, unbelievable once-in-a-life time boutique hotel. We came for our honeymoon and this place MADE our trip. The views are even better than the pictures. The sound of the ocean 20 feet away. Everything is modern, sleek and gorgeous, clean and comfortable, and kept in top shape. The owners are extremely attentive and helped me with extra pillows and finding a shower chair for me. Breakfast is composed of fresh pastries BAKED THE MORNING YOU EAT THEM IN THE HOTEL- the aroma 🤤. The beds are firm and pillows soft. Lots of fun toys to use for free- snorkeling, paddleboarding, lifejackets.We stayed in a deluxe studio with the extra deck- super fun but I think we would be quite happy with a standard room, as we spent a lot of time lounging on our lounge chairs that every room is equipped with. Would not recommend if you are wheelchair bound- too many steps and not a great place for flat accessible movement. If I’m blessed with the opportunity to travel to St. Martin again, we will be back at this hotel in a flash.
We loved our stay! The rooms very well appointed with spectacular views of the ocean. They were cleaned daily, had a full kitchen and washer. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. We loved the location and size of the hotel. It was perfect for us.
