Convenient location: 30 minutes from the airport We had a beautiful large room with a sea view Good air conditioning and poor WiFi Very clean everywhere, rooms cleaned daily with attention to detail. Food quite poor for a European - we didn't like it but there was a lot and we always found something - tasty pizza in the pizzeria. Service friendly but more after a tip. Large facility so you have to walk around sometimes. Pools a lot and everyone will find something for themselves. Animators great and involved. Evening performances quite average. Annoying salesmen persuade you to get additional attractions - which, however, are quite attractive. A great dive center with a professional team. Coral reef by the hotel damaged, but worth going to more distant reefs. Overall very good. It would be ideal if the food was better and the salesmen were less pushy.

Very beautiful hotel. This hotel has excellent cuisine and the food changes every day. As for the rooms, they are beautiful, spacious and clean. The only problem was with the occasional power outages in the hotel. This is typical for the entire area. The entrance to the sea is via a pier, but there are beautiful corals and underwater life ideal for snorkeling. What I liked the most were the animation programs full of fun and sports activities. Especially the excellent international animators. I have nothing but praise for the Czech animators. It was a wonderful holiday full of fun. They tried to entertain me all day and in the evening and I was never bored. Teri, Niki, Sarah, Kamila and Adi, thank you very much.

The hotel was amazing, reception bathrooms were clean, all the pools were very nice and of course the beach was amazing, and the food was PERFECT. Nothing was bad about the food, the chefs were very nice, and ALL the staff were very polite, none of the staff were rude. The room was probably the only thing bothering me, the air conditioner was barely working, but they came and fixed it and it was perfectly fine. The fridge was barely working too, they never fixed it. Overall I had an amazing experience at Sataya.
