I really liked the hotel! We will definitely stay there again. Large, bright, spacious, beautiful, clean rooms. Clean and stylish bathrooms. Dressing room in the room. Excellent service at reception and in the restaurant. The spa is wonderful: a fairly large pool, a sauna, a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant has very tasty breakfasts. Parking is no problem. The hotel has a good location in the city, just a stone's throw from the embankment.

Отель классный. Нет слов. Нам достался просторный номер (тропики) 38кв.м. Чисто, уютно, постель и полотенца пахнут парфюмом. Кровать огромная, удобная. И плюс к этому всему в стоимость проживания входит сауна и бассейн. Спускаешься в халате в спа-зону, а там просто сказка. Завтраки на выбор русский или американский, вкусно и сытно. В общем мы просто в восторге. Постараемся на обратном пути заехать именно сюда.

The first acquaintance with the hotel took place on 09/01/2018. My future wife and I checked into a honeymoon room, everything was at the highest level: service, the room itself, breakfast, spa area. We were delighted and happy that we chose this hotel. So this year we had no doubts about where to celebrate our first anniversary. This time the room was rented to be more modest: standard with a double bed. It all started with meeting Daria, who met us at the reception, and from the first second we felt rude notes in her communication with us. Daria gave us the key to the room and we headed towards it. There was a maid's cart at the door of our room; the room was not tidy. Daria apologized and gave us the key to the “exactly same” room on another floor. This room “struck” us with its decoration: several light bulbs were not on, and in the bathroom the light bulb flickered with such frequency that it could cause an epileptic attack. The bathroom also smelled musty and there were signs of a flood on the ceiling. We reported this to Daria, who rolled her eyes unusually strongly, did not check anything, and, after our request, gave us the key to the room we were trying to check into initially. Luckily, it was already cleaned up! Basically, negative emotions from visiting the hotel are associated with communication with Daria and the unsatisfactory condition of the rooms. In the room where we eventually found our refuge, the lighting near the mirror did not work, the air conditioner did not work for heating (the temperature outside was +6), half of the TV channels were missing (the subscription had not been renewed), the light bulbs flickered, but not as annoyingly as in the previous room. Breakfast and the spa area remained at the same high level! As a result: it is unlikely that we will visit your hotel next year and certainly will not recommend it to anyone.
