Blue Beach Tower

We stayed at Blue Beach Tower with my family for a week and had such a great time. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely Von from Philippines. She was warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She also gave us helpful tips and recommended some really good spots to eat around the area. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests—her hospitality was next level and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is also perfect—close to everything and super convenient. Overall, we had a lovely experience, and Von’s amazing service definitely stood out!

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We booked 4 bedrooms in advance, but when we arrived, we were informed that only 3 rooms were available—with no prior notice or apology. This caused a lot of inconvenience for our group. To make matters worse, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful when we raised the issue. There was no accountability, no compensation offered, and no willingness to assist us properly. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where clear communication and customer care are essential. I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not be returning
