Blue Lagoon Village All Inclusive

Wow where to even start!! We have just come back from having 10 days here and it was the most amazing 10 days ever!! The service here is outstanding nothing is too much trouble. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel so welcome. My son had a little accident which required medical attention and the staff were amazing with him and the next day they had a little gift waiting for him back at our room which was a lovely touch. The whole complex is so clean, to say how big the whole complex you can see from this alone how hard the staff work to keep it that clean. The food was brilliant too even for picky eaters there is something for everyone. Now the Palmeria Entertainment team were amazing with my children, They are super friendly and got my son involved in everything which was so nice Boris the manager has done and amazing job with the team making sure there is something for everyone! And I would like to give Becca and Ellie a massive shout out, my son adored these 2 ladies, they were amazing with him and he's already saying he wants to come back next summer to see them. Our room was beautiful. It was clean and cool when we arrived the beds are comfy, we had coat hangers for our clothes in the wardrobe we had a bath and a separate shower which was brilliant. When we arrived we had someone take us in a buggy to our room with our luggage and they help you take it to your room and make sure everything is ok. The complex is that big we can call reception for a buggy to come get you to take you where you need to go on the complex so you haven't got to worry. Honestly this is by the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we will 100% come back next year.

We had a really great stay at the Blue Lagoon Village. The food was great, the resort was really clean, the children (3&6) loved Adventureland, service was efficient and staff were polite. My kids also loved the kids club and evening shows. The hotel gifted my husband a bottle of Prosecco on his birthday and they helped me to pick out a cake and balloons at guest services. I had a massage at the spa (Aegean scrub) which was brilliant. We’ll be coming back next year!

We were at the hotel at the end of July 2025 for five days, a family of 21 people, 11 children from the age of 5 to 15. The location is very close to the airport, the place is isolated and therefore the entire vacation was only within the hotel area, the rooms are large and comfortable, a large selection of restaurants, bars with alcoholic beverages, pools, cafes, a large kid's games room rich in games, lots of very large swimming pools. The hotel is clean and very well maintained and the large staff is very friendly and supportive, as is the lobby, so the entertainment team and waiters are all cheerful and welcoming. The gym is well equipped and modern with an adjacent sauna, really very pleasant and it was a great pleasure to stay at this hotel. What you need to take into account is that the beach is rocky and the entrance to the water is quite uncomfortable for children and adults, also in the hotel there are many stairs to go up and down and one of our girls fell and was injured and had to be taken by car to be treated quit far from the hotel. There is also a lot of club car traffic on the hotel's paths and there is no separation for pedestrians.
