Nice rooms, many activities, amazing green outside, a little paradise!

My experience here was average at best. Minimal customer service and quite inflexible: was told I might not be able to leave my luggage at the reception if I came in one hour before check in time 3:00pm. This morning at breakfast, I had to clean up my table to sit and food was missing. Rooms are in need of major upgrading. Insulation is poor and we were super cold all night. Bathroom decoration and appliances are old. This hotel is in a nice area, and was probably beautiful when was developped many years ago. It has not been maintained well.
