Breath taking view of Como and surrounding mountain Everything was great, the hospitality, facility and location. Quite close to a big shopping mall and a smaller Conad nearby. There is a fully functioning kitchen included for the Margherita room, very useful to cook Italian food! Bed was nice, shower was strong, room is comfortable for the Italian Spring in Lake Como! Plenty of walks nearby, can stroll along the river connected to Como, and absolutely stunning mountain view of Monte Legnone. We sort of saw the heater payment in the information file, but luckily wasn't charged maybe due to Spring? But Paolo did reassured us there was no charge. There was a bottle of wine included but we didn't drink it, but that was very kind of the host to provide to us :) Oh, be careful of the gravelly hump when you drive here in a Fiat 500 or low base cars.... Will definitely come again.

A beautiful location and a lovely place to stay. The apartments are well maintained, spacious and have a great view. The staff is super friendly, I would stay here again.
