Staff were nice and polite when we arrived, and the hotel is closed to everything. Very thin curtains in the room, so you are awake as soon as it gets light. The cleaners start talking very loudly to each other from about 7am, so don't expect too much sleep. We booked a week but only stayed for three nights.

The room services were average, and the Wi-Fi was very unstable—sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. However, what was truly disappointing was the staff’s lack of responsibility in handling guest requests. I asked the hotel to book a car for my family twice, and both times we ended up waiting for an hour. When I followed up, they simply said the car was booked but none were available. This caused delays in our plans, and we had to book one ourselves at the last minute, which was very stressful. When I booked on my own, there were plenty of cars and no delays—unlike what the hotel claimed. If the hotel is unable to provide a service, they should inform guests in advance so we can make our own arrangements. I will not be returning due to the poor service.

Avoid at any cost: - hairs in the bathroom - no window in the rooms - no towels: we called twice and nobody came so we had to go to the reception ourselves and they gave us swimming pool towels - very noisy at night (5am drunk people coming in / 7am tourists shouting in the corridor): there is no sound insulation - the AC barely works for hours and suddenly freezes the whole room - very tiny soap and shampoo: barely enough for one person and one shower - you will wait the elevators for minutes before having a chance to leave the hotel as they are very slow, small and crowded - the employees will tell you “water, coffee and tea are free” but if you use it they will charge you at the check out ! Go to any other hotel near by.
