Boss Suites Nana Hotel

Boss Suites Nana blew me away. Clean, comfy rooms, friendly staff, and a location that’s close to the action but still quiet enough to relax. Loved the pool and the vibe. Way more than I expected for the price—I'll be back for sure.

We stayed at Boss Suites Nana Hotel for three nights at the end of our trip to Thailand, hoping for a clean, relaxing, and comfortable stay before heading home. Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. First, the location may not be ideal for all travelers — it’s in a part of Bangkok known for nightlife and adult entertainment, which may be jarring if that’s not what you’re seeking. While there are lovely parks within walking distance (a big plus), the surrounding area can feel overwhelming. The listing on Airbnb was misleading. It claimed to include breakfast — but in reality, breakfast costs ฿300 per person. It also advertised a complimentary shuttle to public transit, but the vehicle was out of service and had been for some time. These amenities were part of our decision to book and simply weren’t available. As for the room itself: it was worn down, with stains on surfaces, cosmetic damages, and a poorly designed bathroom that made it easy to flood the floor. The walls were extremely thin — we could hear neighboring alarms and conversations well into the night. For the price (around ฿950 per night), the condition was underwhelming and not what we expected for that tier of lodging in Thailand. While most of the staff were friendly, the infrastructure and experience just didn’t deliver. There are much better options available at this price point.

I'll start with a good one. The staff is friendly, and that's about it. At check-in, we had to wait hours for our room to be ready. Apparently, we weren't the only ones with this problem. The room was decent, not great, but also not the best. The shower leaked heavily; after just five minutes, the entire bathroom was flooded. We could hear the people next door talking and laughing all night long. It was fine for a few nights, but it was still a disappointment; compared to the photos, it wasn't really realistic.
