BE CAREFUL. Nice apartments, but the staff has a poor work ethic. They sent a technician to the apartment WITHOUT NOTIFYING US WHEN WE WERE OUT OF THE APARTMENT. This supposed technician stole items worth 2,000 pesos. We have a recorded phone call in which they claim someone entered, and when we explain the situation, they deny that anyone entered and therefore that theft was true. In addition, they treat us as if we were wronging them when we ask them to take responsibility for the incident. Theft is serious, but entering your apartment without prior notice or authorization is unacceptable.
