Boudl Kheliwi Jeddah

Our stay was a pleasant one here at Boudl. The price is a steal, as of right now, at least. The fee we paid was only around 270 SAR for a night, which isn’t bad at all considering the size of the room. In fact, with all the facilities and complementary items provided, I can’t think of a better value! Although I am not informed of the usual price, the current cost seems like an opportunity nobody would turn down! The service was also impeccable, as the receptionist was kind enough to remind us of our check-out time. The hygiene, though… it was fantastic! They really did a good job maintaining our room, but the floor was quite slippery and sticky. Overall, I’d definitely recommend one stay at Boudl when given the chance (though it may be smart to wait ‘till a deal is offered!)

In down town Jeddah, not the best location and a little run down. The hotel has some great staff who do the best they can in a hotel with some issues. The WIFI is very intermittent and often drops out. My bath did not drain and friends had issues with water leaking out of the bathroom light fittings, aircon units and mold. The key cards rarely worked which a trip back down to the front desk to get it sorted out.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, mainly due to the poor management. The individual in charge, particularly the Egyptian manager, demonstrated unprofessional behavior and made the stay quite unpleasant. The management's inefficiency negatively impacted the overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on this encounter. Definitely not a place I would visit again.
