In the middle of the town but still quiet in the room. The owner is really helpful and nice. The room was clean :) I can really recommend this accomendation :)

Terrible hotel On their Expedia page, it clearly says “check-in anytime” and “24/7 front desk,” but that’s a complete lie. The hotel was completely closed, doors locked, lights off, and not a single person at the front desk. How can a hotel advertise 24/7 service and then be fully shut down? My mom arrived late at night and doesn’t speak Polish, which made the situation even more stressful. No one informed her that the place apparently shuts down at 2 a.m. When I contacted Expedia, they agreed that the listing was misleading and issued a full refund. This hotel is a joke, and the owner clearly doesn’t care about providing honest or reliable service.

My flight was cancelled, so suddenly made a reservation. I tried to reach out to it by pressing a doorbell and via agoda message, but I couldn't get any reply. I contacted Agoda customer service, but Agoda customer service could have contacted the property owner well. It was very frustrating why the property owner only communicates with Agoda not with the customer direclty. It was a terrible experience and I lost $50. I tried several times to contact this property owner via agoda hotel message, but it just replied back after one day as the cancellation is not possible. Never make a reservation here via agoda.
