This place is THE BEST IN SIBIU For years on end I been at Continental FORUR .RAMADA, My Continental , Golden TULIP 🌷 BUT this little 💎 gem has IMPRESSED MEI stayed on Room 7 LOVE 😍 this place 🤩
The location is good, its very close to the center of the city. The staff are responsive over WhatsApp and there was an incident - just specific to our case since it was a misunderstanding - that the owner himself reached out to clarify and to apologise for which I greatly respect and appreciate. The size of the room is decent, the accommodation is a self-check in so make sure you get all the information beforehand as well as informing them in advance for any additional towels of other amenities. The room could use a bit more cleaning and the pillows weren't the best but those can easily be rectified, I informed the staff about those points. I would recommend this place, especially if you're visiting Sibiu for a day or two or during peak season like around the Christmas holidays.
They list rooms on external websites (booking, etc.) and then expect you to call them and book through them, otherwise they refuse your payment. Had to search for a new hotel at 23 in the evening with three sleeping kids. Cannot comment on the quality of their rooms but the service is awful. Should be banned from external platforms. Update on response: Their listing on Booking clearly states they accept holiday cards. They only told us we cannot pay after we made the reservation. They selected Pay at property as their method of payment but tried to charge our credit card three times after they told us they will not accept our payment method. They only stopped after we complained to Booking and were warned by Booking to stop (of course we blocked our credit card which was used only to confirm the reservation, not selected as a means of payment). We never arrived at the property so I have no idea how they know how many of us there were. See similar review here. I am sure the property is fine, but the owners are a bunch of scammers. There are enough properties in Sibiu run by honest people not to use their services.
