Boutique Hotel Am Stephansplatz

Hotel am Stephansplatz is an exceptional boutique hotel with remarkable service in a beautiful location close to all the sites. They especially know how to add those touches that make your stay special (they get the award for best toilet paper 'cornering'!). Make sure you get up in time for breakfast and get a table close to the window for the best view in all Vienna.

One of the best luxury hotels, both elegant and situated in an excellent location within the cit. Close to the metro station and within walking distance of most major attractions. The staff is incredibly polite and professional, the breakfast is diverse and luxurious, and the rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable. The beds are stylish and offer a restful sleep. For our wedding anniversary, they surprised us with a beautiful and thoughtful gesture both in our room and at the breakfast table. Without a doubt, the next time we return to Vienna, we will stay at this hotel again.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. All the positive reviews read about it turned out to be true. We won't hesitate to return because Vienna is absolutely beautiful and needs to be explored. Everything in the room is spotless, the beds are just perfect and we loved the tiny pillows coordinated with the nearby cathedral. For 6 nights we had a suite on the sixth floor, so the view has impressive. We could also notice the attention given to the decorations throughout the entire hotel. I must admit that when I initially booked the suite, I was not attentive to all the details, thus, when we were told at the reception that the minibar, daily restocked, was also included we were nicely surprised ( it saved as a trip to a local shop for sparkling water and juice. Alcoholic drinks were also available, however we do not usually drink). In the afternoon we enjoyed a coffee/cake/fruits brake for costumers on the first floor. For those traveling by car, dare to park right in front of the hotel ( you can leave there the car for 15 minutes to unload the luggage). The parking place provided by the hotel (for 36 euros a day- which is a reduced rate) is at about 8 minutes by foot, but is a good one, with plenty of space around the car ( unlike other tight Vienesse parkings). All the hotel stuff was polite and helpful. Special thanks to Diana who made as feel like home!
