Truly a small hotel with a big heart! Spent a weekend there recently and I was impressed. The common areas are very clean and furnished with taste. Room was clean and offered everything you would expect in a 4* hotel with spa and other luxury services like a cigar bar. Located in the old town, yet close enough to the ski slopes. Definitely recommend to anyone who doesn’t like the big hotel traffic and wants to feel a little bit more inclusive in a historically toned style.

The rooms were very comfortable and nicely furnished, and everything was spotlessly clean. The food was excellent. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the wellness facilities—the steam sauna and jacuzzi were out of order. We also opted for a classic massage, but the experience was somewhat disappointing as the room was quite cold, and the masseur kept trying to upsell additional procedures throughout the session.
