One of the best hotels. Restaurant with amazing food.
This is the first time I meet such an incompetent person, Administrator Lyudmila!!!!! The administrator could not solve my problems!!!! I contacted the waitress Elizaveta, she helped me solve the issue!!!!!! ALSO Anastasia who worked in the restaurant helped solve the problems with the room ❤️ think about replacing the administrator, a rude woman!!! who does not listen to the guests ::: And such a good establishment, I come not for the first time
