I experienced a most pleasant stay for one night in this hotel. The staff, upon my arrival, were kind, friendly, helpful, efficient and very welcoming. The room was spacious, well organised, comfortable, warm, superbly clean with a perfect bathroom offering a range of bath and beauty products. A desirable location, approachable, hospitable staff and rooms offering comfort and space.
Nicely renovated and spacious rooms. The evening receptionist is very kind and helpful. Only drawback: breakfast starts at 7 am. As i had to leave at 7, they were kind enough to serve me breakfast at 6.45am. As i did not have time to finish my breakfast, they made a specifically "small" breakfast price: I've never seen this before. I recommend.
Nice hotel in central location with surprisingly large rooms. While the lobby, reception and eating area has an old-fashioned nicely renovated look and feel, the rooms are spacious and and modern, albeit a bit empty (e.g. no water boiler, fridge or mini bar). The hotel is close to the old port with the Europa Bridge, as well as the Booimans Van Beuningen Museum in walking distance.
