Boutique Hotel Rato 10

As a 30- and 33-year-old with quite a bit of travel experience, this hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. The rooms are huge, our room was ready early, the location is excellent, the service was top-notch and the rooftop and pool area are perfect for hanging out. This hotel is a great value, we highly recommend it.

I really loved this hotel. It was amazing that even though it's in the center of all the convenient things, beach, restaurants, cafes, stores, that my room was extremely quiet.. I couldn't hear the noise from outside.. my bed was huge and so comfortable. Hot water, fans and A/C.. the staff is very nice and helpful, the rooftop is AMAZING ‼️ Beautiful pool, places to sit and work as I did on my laptop but then wonderful lounge areas to relax and take in the breathtaking view from that rooftop.. My internet in my room was perfection, always had great internet and the shower pressure is nice and strong and you can adjust it according to your pressure preference.. I look forward to returning to this hotel next time I'm in Playa.. Thanks to everyone there that made my stay so special!

This is a Hotel, but an AirBNB as well. Booked on AirBNB. Arrived at 4:50pm and was told room was not ready! (WHAT?!) Selected 3-5:00pm on Air BNB.....Was told it would be another hour and a half. Room was ready at 6:30pm. Unacceptable after a long day of traveling. Also—the walls are so thin and the doors! We were awoken by the people next to us each night several times. We also could hear people in the elevator from our room! We have stayed at hundreds of air BNBs and hotels and have never had problems with noise—EVER. Staff was nice. The beds only had a sheet on them! No blankets at all. And only 2 pillows. We have stayed lots of places in Mexico and this is not the normal! Every single place have stayed previously has a blanket on the bed. We even asked if there was one available; and they didn’t have any on site. Wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend.
