Brasss Hotel Suites

Loved this hotel! The reception was warm and welcoming, and our room was spacious with everything you’d need for a perfect stay. Thoughtful touches like complimentary beverages, snacks, treats, and even wine in the lobby made it feel extra special. The front desk offered great tips for local sights and activities, too. The location? Absolutely ideal — close to everything with tons of food and drink options nearby. Be sure to have dinner at Wilma & Albert’s — dine inside to soak in the stories behind the artwork and the rich history. For a delicious morning bite, head to Toast for coffee and pastries (so good!). Grab a cocktail next door at Samabe — stylish and cozy. We also rented bikes from Green Bikes and cruised through the nature preserve and sand dunes — a super easy and beautiful ride that led us straight into Zandvoort for more shopping and bites. Can’t recommend it enough!

We had an EXCEPTIONAL experience staying at the Brasss Hotel. We had mold in our Airbnb and had to move out. We were wondering Haarlem to find a place to stay with my wife and 2 year old son. We stumbled into Brasss and they were so accommodating. We needed to move right in for 2 weeks during the summer of 2024. I couldn’t believe how kind they were trying to find a way to accommodate for such a last minute long stay. We spent half our time in the biggest, best, penthouse sweet, I forgot the name. We absolutely loved it. So fun sitting at the little nook table looking out the window. They kept each floor stocked with goodies and water everyday. Filled our mini fridge with what we wanted. Amazing treats and coffee in the lobby. The staff was always extremely kind, I felt bad at first that I had a high energy toddler in such a nice place, but quickly realized they loved Maverick and he brought joy to them in our (many) visits daily to get chocolates, fruit, and coffee. Second half of our stay was in an apartment. It was less grand than the suite, but more practical for a family with separate rooms and a kitchen. Location is a dream. High quality. Just a truly unforgettable stay, we are so thankful. Leila the manager went above and beyond for us in several ways. She truly has a heart of gold.

We had high expectations, but unfortunately we didn't have a good night's sleep. The bed was not very comfortable, but what was worse was that the A/C was set to a minimum temperature of 21 degrees. Add to that the fact that you couldn't open any windows (only crack the bathroom window) and it was too warm and stuffy to be comfortable. The room was spacious and the free minibar well stocked, so that was nice.
